2021 Honda Odyssey Revealed

The Honda Odyssey is getting a facelift for its 2021 re-launch! Here at Deacon Jones Honda, we are giving you a sneak peek into the new model before its release.

Hands-free automatic entry will be offered in this model. Inside the car, the infotainment screen is more spacious thereby allowing freer access. Also, the air vents have gotten slimmer.

We are not sure, but the updated model might get a 1.5-liter turbo engine with 140kW/260 torque or Nm. There have also been talks about installing a 2.0-liter hybrid powertrain, which is also the case with an Accord, with 158kW/315 torque or Nm.

As far as the design goes, the most visible aspect is the grille and the front fascia, which have been restyled. The manufacturers have used LED headlights even on the base trim. The design is minimal as compared to its bulkier predecessors. The LED fog lights are placed in smaller pods. The rear of the car is sleeker too, with a piano black slim strip of chrome. The taillights are completely red.

The interiors of the new Odyssey are not very different from their earlier models. However, the upper trims are getting piano-black interiors and contrast stitching. Along with the retention of the magic slide, the second-row seats have a better folding capacity.

A buyer will get the advantage of handling groceries in the car, thanks to grocery bag hooks at the back. If a buyer is carrying cable in the car, there is a cord management system too. The higher trims get more storage pockets. The higher trims of the Odyssey also come with a feature called the CabinWatch system intended to show the kids in the backseat.

Safety features enhancements include an advanced forward-collision warning system, adaptive cruise control, and an electronic brake booster that improves pedal feel.

You will easily find a Honda dealership in Kinston, NC. You can check with a Deacon Jones Honda sales executive to know more about the car. If you are from Rocky Mountain or Greenville, you can head over to a Honda dealership in Goldsboro or Kinston.
